Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts, in English, limited in length to five (5) pages. The required format is IEEE double-column (Word or LaTex templates). All submitted papers will undergo a peer review process, coordinated by the PC Chairs. Reviewers are not required to read any appendices; the paper should be intelligible on its own. Authors are invited to send their manuscripts electronically in Postscript or PDF format through the following URL: http://www.epy.gr/papersubm/login_form.php (authors that do not have an account will be required to register to the system).
Submission of a paper implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper. Each participant may be associated with at most two papers.
